Therapy

I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my services to meet the specific needs of my clients. We explore current stressors and/or trauma, underlying behavior patterns, identify strengths, and discover nexts steps.

Therapy is not coaching.  If a person is seeking help with significant loss, trauma, anxiety and/or depression, therapy is the appropriate support. Another specific aspect of therapy is that I provide my professional impressions and suggestions which can be more directive.
